Michelle Knox is originally a New Jersey native. She relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area where she attended and graduated from The California College of the Arts with a Bachelors of Fine Art. She later completed her scholastic career by receiving her Master Degree from Tulane University in New Orleans on full scholarship.

For over 15 years, Michelle has been fully immersed in the world of art and design. When not making her own work, she facilitates artists and students learning and creating their own art by teaching, managing studios and creating education programming. She also works with at risk youth as a mentor and coach.

Some recent venues for her work have included the Oakland Museum and The Museum of Craft and Design, along with numerous other fine art galleries nationwide. Michelle is currently the Studio Manager and Program Coordinator at the Morris County School of Glass and lives in Monmouth County again after 20 years away.
