Services

With over two decades of experience in the nonprofit sector, I bring a comprehensive, 360-degree understanding of mission-driven organizations. My journey has spanned every level of engagement—from student to intern, employee, Program Director, and Board of Directors member—giving me deep insight into how nonprofits function, grow, and sustain impact.

Drawing on this lived experience, I support clients with strategic guidance in nonprofit governance, board development, leadership structure, grant writing, and fundraising. My approach is both practical and visionary, helping organizations strengthen their foundations while expanding their capacity to serve and thrive.

Visual Artist and Creator

As an independent visual artist, I specialize in creating one-of-a-kind, custom glass and mixed sculptures that merge material mastery with conceptual design. Drawing on years of experience in glass processes and fabrication, I transform molten, etched, cast, and assembled glass into sculptural works that are both visually striking and deeply intentional.

Each piece is thoughtfully designed to reflect the client’s vision while celebrating the unique properties of glass—light, transparency, texture, and movement—resulting in artwork that is truly singular and site-responsive.

Event, Program, and Curriculum Design

With over 20 years of experience in community-centered, non-academic education, I specialize in designing dynamic, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed programs, events, and curricula that foster meaningful engagement and measurable impact.

My work focuses on creating enriching learning and community-based experiences that honor participants’ identities, lived experiences, and creative expression while upholding high standards of rigor and relevance. I develop curricula and initiatives that blend technical skill-building with critical thinking, collaboration, and real-world application—ensuring offerings are both inspiring and sustainable.

Grounded in decades of classroom teaching, organizational leadership, and community engagement, I build thoughtful frameworks that support organizations and educators in effectively reaching diverse learners while aligning with institutional priorities.

My approach centers equity, access, and social-emotional learning, resulting in programs that cultivate not only artistic growth, but also confidence, resilience, and leadership across all ages and communities.
